This is a role for those who value stability, clear instructions and order in documents. Your task is back-office support for insurance and financial processes.
Main tasks:
- Working with CRM: maintaining and updating customer data (addresses, details, personal data).
- Insurance administration: preparation of applications and inquiries to insurance companies; calculating tariffs and filling out documentation.
- Financial support: creating plans/offers and drawing up documents for deposits.
- Communication (in German): Correspondence with insurance companies and customer service calls to clarify missing information (addresses, details etc.).
- Reporting: preparation of basic reports on the work performed.
What we expect from you:
- German language level B2/C1 (written and spoken). You can correspond freely and communicate confidently on the phone.
- Attention to details: ability to work with numbers and documents without errors.
- Communication without barriers: You are calm and professional on the phone, able to receive friendly client needs data.
- Confident PC user: MS Office (especially Excel), quick mastery of CRM.
- Responsibility: ability to work autonomously within defined processes.
