We are looking for an HR Business Partner to join the team, who will become a reliable partner for managers and teams, helping to build strong teams and unlock the potential of people. 


Main duties:

1. Support for leaders and teams:

  • Consulting for managers on people management, team building, motivation and development.
  • Assistance in the adaptation of new managers and development of their management skills.

2. Supporting the life cycle of an employee:

  • Participation in the onboarding of new employees and ensuring their effective adaptation.
  • Conducting one-to-one meetings, collecting feedback and timely responding to employee requests.
  • Support in the processes of transfer, promotions, leaving the company (exit interview, analytics).

3. Talent development and retention:

  • Participation in the formation and implementation of personnel development programs.
  • Support of Performance Review processes, regular collection of OKR/KPI.
  • HiPo (High Potential) identification and formation of development plans.

4. Analytics and improvement of employee experience (EX):

  • Analysis of eNPS results, 1:1, exit surveys, participation in building improvement plans.
  • Study of employee pain points, initiation and implementation of changes to improve engagement.

5. Building trust and developing culture:

  • Participation in building a healthy microclimate, resolving conflicts, facilitating difficult situations.
  • Being the voice of the team in dialogue with managers and vice versa.

6. Support of HR processes:

  • Cooperation with L&D, C&B, recruiting, admin/ops functions.
  • Participation in the launch of new policies, surveys, initiatives.
  • Will be a plus: Confident use of PeopleForce, Google Sheets (formulas, filters, analytics).

What we expect from you:

  • HRBP / HR Generalist / People Partner experience of 2-3 years in business-oriented teams.
  • Systemic thinking, proactivity, ability to see “pain points” and turn them into changes.
  • Strong analytical and facilitation skills.
  • Flexibility, independence and readiness for change.
  • Confident use of PeopleForce, Google Tables (formulas, filters, analytics) will be a plus.

Working conditions:

  • Working schedule - from Monday to Friday, from 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m.
  • During the trial period - office format.
  • The office is located in Kyiv, next to Kontraktova Ploshcha metro station.
