Responsibilities mindset

  • This role involves: sourcing, initial contacts with candidates in process.
  • It is important for us that you have critical thinking, and not just completing tasks on a list.

  • There will be a mentor nearby to share context and help with solutions, butwe do not work in a permanent format micromanagement. A gradual transition to independence, attention to detail and responsibility for one's part of the process is expected.

    ? What you will do:

    • Search for candidates through LinkedIn, databases, job boards and other relevant sources;

    • Make quality outreach;

    • Guide candidates to ATS: statuses, communication, updates;

    • Coordinate interviews and communication between candidates and the team;

    • Help HRG in recruiting and partially HR-operational work

      > (company, agency, freelance or practice after the courses) - or you have already tried a lot on your own;

    • To whomto understand the roles and the candidates, not to move the vacancies through the funnel;">For those who like to work in anactive pace and to conduct several tasks in parallel;

    • For those who value structure in processes, but know how to adapt when the search is unconventional.

    Experience of working withIT or tech positions from 1 year;

  • Skill to find information and draw your own conclusions;

  • Critical thinking and preparednesstry different search approaches;

  • English - from B2 (oral and written),Ukrainian - free.

 Terms:

  • Full-time job and full remote;

  • Payment is proportional to the volume of work and growth, currently we are considering a fixed rate for this role;

  • Registration through Diia.City, everything transparent, with official sick and vacation;
