MAG Mission- Since the beginning of the Russian invasion on February 24 In 2022, Ukraine was subjected to heavy artillery fire, rocket and airstrikes, as well as the use of land mines and cluster munitions. The extent of the conflict and the use of powerful and indiscriminate weapons requires an immediate response. MAG's mission is to save lives and build a safe future by providing people with educational risk information to help them stay alive. MAG is also in the process of being accredited to begin conducting explosive ordnance disposal and demining operations in Ukraine to save the lives of people affected by the conflict.

Responsibilities:

  • Work with a database of employees;
  • Maintenance of military records;
  • Interaction with TCC;
  • Cooperation with partners regarding legal support conscripts;
  • Recruitment, transfer, dismissal of employees (preparation of orders, control of writing statements, management in the BAF system);
  • Compilation of the staff schedule; fixed-term employment contracts (according to the sample), control of deadlines, signing;
  • Drafting vacation schedule, control of vacation days, receiving applications, enrollment in BAF;
  • Preparation other personnel orders, provision of information to employees on personnel matters;
  • Formation of personal files and P-2 cards;
  • Control over the production of employee personal cards
  • Control filling out timesheets;
  • Keeping a log of orders and employment contracts;
  • Controlling hospital workers;
  • Performing other tasks at the request of the deputy personnel manager and personnel manager, who are part of the HR department's area of ​​responsibility

We are looking for adidata:

  • Higher education (bachelor or master);
  • Experience in HR service from 3 years;
  • Knowledge of labor of the legislation of Ukraine;
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework of military accounting;
  • Certificate of advanced training in military accounting;
  • Ability to work in BAF, 1C, MedOk;
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information;
  • High level of document management;
  • Attention to details;
  • Competent command of the Ukrainian language ( oral/written), in English – high level (oral/written).

ABOUT THE ROLE:

Key Responsibilities 

  • Work with the employee database; 
  • Maintaining military records; 
  • Interaction with the TCC; 
  • Cooperation with partners in legal support of employees liable for military service; 
  • Hiring, transferring, dismissing employees (preparing orders, controlling the writing of applications, conducting in the BAF system); 
  • Preparation of the staffing table; 
  • Preparation of fixed-term labour contracts (according to the sample), control of terms, signing; 
  • Preparation of a leave schedule, control of the use of leave days, acceptance of applications, entry into BAF; 
  • Preparation of other personnel orders, provision of information to employees on personnel issues; 
  • Formation of personal files and П-2 cards; 
  • Control over the production of personal ID cards for employees 
  • Control of filling in time sheets; 
  • Maintaining a register of orders and employment contracts; 
  • Control of sick leave of employees; 
  • Performing other tasks requested by the Deputy HR Manager and People & Culture Manager that fall under the responsibilities of the HR department

ABOUT YOU:

  • Higher specialised education (bachelor's or master's degree); 
  • Work experience in HR services from 3 years; 
  • Knowledge of the labour legislation of Ukraine; 
  • Knowledge of the regulatory framework for military accounting; 
  • Certificate of advanced training in military registration; 
  • Ability to work in BAF, 1C, MedOk; 
  • Ability to work with large amounts of information; 
  • High level of document management; 
  • Attention to detail; 
  • Competent Ukrainian (oral/written), English - high level (oral/written)..
