of the personnel management department of the Personnel Department
in its team strong>
(position classification code 24-VII-1.2)

Tasks awaiting the chief specialist:
- documentation of entry into the civil service,
its passage and termination of the staff of the Ministry of Veterans;

- participation in composition reporting and accounting documentation, preparation of state statistical reporting on personnel matters; participation in the development of regulatory projects - legal acts,
relating to issues of personnel management, labor relations and civil service;
- calculation of length of service and civil service of personnel of the Secretariat of the Ministry of Veterans; drawing up documents on the assignment of appropriate ranks to state employees of the Secretariat of the Ministry of Veterans;
- control over the establishment of bonuses for years of service
minveterans personnel; control over the probationary periods established for the staff of the Ministry of Veterans, their extension if necessary and timely determination of tasks for the probationary period; formation of lists from the number of heads of independent units
- consideration of appeals from citizens, requests for information on
personnel management and providing answers.

Mandatory requirements:
- citizenship of Ukraine;< /li>
- higher education with an educational degree not lower than a bachelor’s degree;
- the presence of work experience in state authorities will be an advantage;
- fluency in the state language. ul>
- postal salary - UAH 22,451;
- allowances, additional payments, bonuses and compensation in accordance with the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service".

- the appointment to the position is temporary for the period before the appointment of the winner of the competition to this position, but no longer than 12 months from the date of termination or cancellation of martial law.
