Your first role in HR: Become a "guide" for newcomers to A Class

Construction is not just concrete and rebar. This is a team of people who should feel at home from day one. In A Klass, we are looking for an HR adaptation assistant who will help each new employee feel part of the team from the very beginning.

What you will do:

• Be the first contact: meet newcomers on the first day, conduct a tour and introduce the team.

• Take care of comfort start: make sure that the workplace is ready and all the necessary things and access are waiting for the new employee.

• Support at the beginning: accompany newcomers during the first weeks, answer questions about how everything works here and collect the first feedback.

• Suggest improvements: if you see how to make processes easier or getting to know the company more interesting - we we encourage initiative.

• Financial stability: UAH 40,000 at the start. We will review the amount after you master the processes.
