We currently have an open vacancy for HR manager(s). If you like to work with people, but also have a spirit of support and change, then we are definitely looking for you!
What you will need to do :
- search for talent, evaluate candidates, conduct interviews, participate in the work of the Hiring Team to ensure the proper selection of candidates
- post vacancies: prepare and publish job advertisements on various resources, collect and analyze resumes
- carry out onboarding and adaptation: organize the hiring process new team members, ensure their effective adaptation and integration into the team
- communicate with the team, form information letters
- implement constant feedback within the team
- optimize and automate HR processes
- improve corporate culture and communication channels
- decide conflict situations, ensure communication between the team and management, advise the team on issues of internal policies and regulations
- implement a team performance evaluation system, carry out evaluation and receive feedback from the team
- develop and implement motivational programs, decisions on recognition and rewards for team members
- ensure team development, develop individual development plans
- perform other administrative tasks at the request of the manager
What are the wishes for the candidate(s):
- understanding of building an HR system, building HR processes. key principles of their organization, modern trends in the field of personnel management
- work experience in the HR field for at least 2 years
- preferred have experience working in public/charitable non-profit organizations
- be able to work in a high-volume environment and manage multiple tasks at the same time
- responsibility, organization, the ability to work for results and meet deadlines
- English language skills at a level not lower than B1
- experience working with automated HR systems
