What to do:
- Preparation, support and development of an array of reports of the remote services department (omnichannel contact center and virtual branch)
- Calculations of the performance indicators of remote service processes
- Evaluation of the effectiveness of remote service processes by key metrics
- Creation of dashboards, graphs and visualization of information
- Automation reporting
- Preparation of analytical materials and recommendations for management decision-making
- Participation in cross-functional processes and projects
Professional skills:
- Microsoft Excel - confident mastery (formulas, pivot tables, graphing, data processing and analysis)
- Skills for preparing presentation materials (PowerPoint / Canva, etc.) - structuring information, data visualization, design of analytical materials
- Understanding contact center work processes: principles of call routing, queue management, IVR, key operational metrics (ASA, SL, AHT, FCR)
- Formation skills technical requirements and documentation preparation (BRD / FRD)
- Experience with analytical systems (Oracle Analytics / Oracle BI) will be an advantage
- Basic knowledge of SQL for working with data will be an advantage
