Data administration, their updating and technical support and setting of HR processes in the internal HR system (HiBob); HR Data audit in information systems and preparation of internal reports from information systems; Administration, collection and registration of material benefits/compensations; RTO control; On/Off-boarding: conducting processes in internal systems, controlling access to company resources; Interaction with financial and legal departments, with system administrators and other related services; Setting up integrations between systems (with the help of technical support); Management of the company structure; Setting up and implementation of mailings with greetings; Participation in HR projects in the areas of HR Analytics, Total rewards, HR Data Quality Control, and other areas of interest. 📌 What is required? Experience working at the administration level with HiBob, BambooHR, asana, jira, or other similar systems; Experience in document management; Skills in working with MS Excel/Google Sheets and their analogues; Experience in working with survey services Surveymonkey/Google Forms/in-system analogues; Fluency in the Ukrainian language, confident knowledge of English (with the ability to communicate with service providers); Initiative, attention to details, organization, high level of self-control and time management, punctuality; Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks; Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both the team and management; Experience working in IT companies will be a plus. 🌿 What we offer: 100% vacation and sick pay [20 days vacation, 22 days sick], health insurance.
