Key Responsibilities:SEO Strategy & ExecutionDevelop, implement, and refine comprehensive SEO strategies for new and existing company websites.Conduct thorough keyword research (including generic, brand, and long-tail keywords) to guide content and site structure.Regularly perform technical site audits to improve site health, load speed, mobile responsiveness, and indexability.Collaboration with PR DepartmentWork closely with PR to align SEO efforts with brand reputation and media outreach activities.Coordinate on press releases, media statements, and online PR content to maximize search visibility and SEO impact.Provide PR teams with optimized keyword strategies for media pitches and digital news coverage.On-Page & Off-Page OptimizationOptimize website pages for search engine visibility, improving meta tags, headings, and content structure.Lead link-building initiatives, including outreach campaigns, guest posting, and building relationships with relevant publications.Ensure compliance with SEO best practices to avoid penalties and maintain search engine integrity.Content Management & CollaborationCollaborate with content writers, designers, and developers to create and optimize SEO-friendly webpages, blogs, and landing pages.Provide editorial guidelines and SEO recommendations to maintain consistent brand messaging.Monitor and adjust content strategies based on performance metrics and industry trends.Analytics & ReportingTrack, analyze, and report on key SEO metrics (rankings, organic traffic, conversions).Use tools such as Google Analytics, Google Search Console, and SEO software (e.g., SEMrush, Ahrefs) to identify improvement opportunities and monitor trends.Present regular performance updates to stakeholders, including PR and Marketing teams, highlighting successes, insights, and recommendations.Stay Current with Industry TrendsMonitor search engine algorithm updates, emerging SEO tactics, and industry best practices.Continually evaluate new tools and techniques to improve efficiency and results.Experience:Minimum 4 years of hands-on SEO experience with iGaming direction.Proven track record of successful collaboration with PR teams preferred.Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and CMS platforms.Experience using SEO and web analytics tools (Google Analytics, Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs, Moz).Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations.Excellent written and verbal communication, with the ability to articulate SEO strategies to non-technical stakeholders.Collaborative spirit, capable of building positive relationships across teams.Detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.A creative approach to problem-solving with the ability to think outside the box.
