We are looking for a HR Administrator who will become part of our team and help effectively manage onboarding and offboarding processes, creating a comfortable atmosphere for our employees.
Areas of responsibility:
- Collecting and updating employee data (new and existing).
- Organization and support of the company's document flow.
- Office management - ordering equipment, stationery, registration of new employees.
- Preonboarding of new employees: preparation and signing of documents, issuance of equipment, registration in HR CRM.
- Organization of employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Greeting employees with corporate and personal events.
- Management of the organization of team building, corporate events and holidays.
- Keeping records of company assets and updating data in HR CRM.
Our ideal candidate has:
- Experience in the position of HR Admin or Office Manager - from 1 year.
- Knowledge and practical experience of working with HR documentation.
- High level of organization, structure and responsibility.
- English language at B1-B2 level (written communication).
- Working skills in graphic editors Canva or Figma.
- Confident experience with Google Workspace (Sheets, Docs, Forms).
