Qualifications and experience.
Required:
- Higher education - technical, mathematical , economic;
- Experience as an analyst - from 2 years, experience of working on projects to implement information systems in the role of a business analyst - from 1 year;
- Knowledge and practical experience of modeling business processes according to standards BPMN 2.0;
- Experience of working according to the SDLC SCRUM methodology (member of the SCRUM team);
- Experience of creating user stories, interface mockups;
- Experience of writing business documentation on Confluence;
- Owning the skills of applying methods and techniques of business analysis;
- Knowledge of the stages of software development;
- Analytical mindset (ability to analyze information and structure it in accordance with the conclusions of the analysis);
- Sufficient communication skills, knowledge and use of the principles of business communication.
Desirable:
- Experience of working with Creatio software
- Experience of implementing No-code / Low-code functionality on the Creatio platform;
- Experience of working with MS SQL DBMS;
- Experience of working with CRM-systems;
- Knowledge of the subject area - operations for the provision of financial leasing services or lending to clients of corporate business;
- Ability to work with a large volume of different types of information, analyze dynamically changing situations and take optimal solutions to quickly switch between tasks performed in parallel;

Your Role:
- Identifying business needs, defining the goal and stakeholders sides of the project tasks. Determination of existing regulatory and other limitations of the declared need;
- Performance of preliminary analysis of the task and assessment of own labor costs for the preparation of formalized requirements of the task;
- Collection of requirements of interested parties. Performing a preliminary analysis of the requirements, checking the compliance of the stated requirements with the goals of the task, identified limitations;
- Performance of work on formalizing the functional and non-functional requirements of the task in accordance with the readiness criteria agreed with the internal user of the result;
- Participation in determining the structure and interrelationship of work on the preparation of the task statement, development of the requested functionality;
- Coordinating requirements with all interested parties by individuals;
- Creation of user stories, interface mockups, user instructions, etc. on Confluence;
- Participation in meetings, working groups of the project / team;
- Providing testing support according task requirements in the role of ecsperta.
