We are looking for a specialist for the position of HR specialist
strong> (HR Administration Specialist)
Main tasks:
- Issuance of orders on employment, transfer and dismissal of company employees.
- Issue of orders on personnel matters about vacations, about recovery, about issuing reprimands, etc.
- Keeping logs of registration of orders (from the main activity, from personnel, about vacations, bonuses and others).
- Preparation of additional agreements to employment contracts for employees when the conditions of the employment contract are changed.
- Formation and management of personal files of employees, making changes related to work activities.
- Filling, record keeping and storage of employee work books.
- Preparation and issuance of employment certificates.
- Interaction with the accountant, who calculates wages, on issues of closing the month and paying wages.
- Filling in the reverse side of the sick leave sheet, keeping records of temporary sick leave sheets of the Customer's employees.
- Calculation of length of service of employees for calculation of sick leave.
- Formation of the staff list and making changes to it. Keeping a time sheet. Keeping track of absences and other absences of the Customer's employees.
- Military accounting.
- Preparation of state statistical reporting on personnel matters, and their appropriate storage in accordance with legislation.
- Introduction and timely updating of information on the quantitative composition of personnel and their movement to the program
- Support of other HR functions .
- Controls changes in labor legislation.
Basic requirements:
- Higher education.
- Work record of at least 2 years in a position with similar functions.
- Knowledge of labor legislation of Ukraine and normative acts on keeping personnel records.
- Level of proficiency in English - upper-Intermediate (B2) required
- Good communication skills, attention to detail, self-organization.
