Our conditions:

• official employment
• Job for a trial period (1 month) - 30,000, after 35,000
• the office is located in Palac Ukraina, a 2-minute walk from the metro;
• the possibility to partially work remotely if necessary;
• li>there is 1 recruiter under his command;
• flexible work schedule, mainly from Mon-Fri 10:00 to 19:00 and depends on tasks and deadlines (we do not track the number of working hours per day, for us the most important performance of tasks).

Necessary skills:

• 2 years of experience in a similar position (experience in HoReCa will be an advantage);
• experience in the selection of mass (line) staff from 1 year;

• confident skills with basic HR processes: selection and adaptation of personnel;
• possession of the necessary skills, methods and tools for searching for qualified specialists, understanding of modern trends in search channels;
• communication , focus on the result; the ability to work with large amounts of information.

Responsibilities:

• operational search for personnel;
• organization of mass recruitment of candidates (description of vacancies, placement of advertisements about vacancies in various sources);
• closing of vacancies of various levels;
• conducting telephone and face-to-face interviews;
• conducting measures aimed at personnel adaptation;
• interacting with candidates, identifying their needs, supporting and coordinating the onboarding process, reporting feedback to managers;
• formation, management of personnel reserve;
• monitoring and timelye response to the market situation;
