HR accountant in Meest

We are looking for an attentive and systematic HR accountant who will be responsible for daily accounting and consolidation of employee attendance data. The position involves working with a large number of personnel and regular interaction with department heads and the HR team.

Main duties:

• Working with an automated employee attendance system.
• Daily formation and consolidation of data regarding presence/absence of employees based on information from the system.
• Analysis and reconciliation of data in reports, identifying discrepancies.
• Formation of daily/monthly reports.
• Interaction with department heads to clarify information in case of inaccuracies.

Requirements:

• Experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
• Understanding the principles of timesheet accounting.
• Proficient in Excel.
• Experience with HRM systems or time accounting systems is desirable.
• High attention to detail. and responsibility.
• Ability to work with large amounts of information.
• Systematic and organized.
