To do this, we implement bold solutions, create products to optimize work processes and engage the support of the best air and travel service providers to offer the widest selection of services for our customers.
We invite a Customer Support Specialist (first line) to join our team. This position is the first point of contact for our customers, providing them with excellent service, fast and quality solutions to their needs. Our team already consists of 3 first-line specialists and 12 second-line specialists.
What is included in the responsibilities:
- Processing and implementation of customer requests (replenishment of virtual cards, Forming accounts for customers, etc.);
- Providing complete general information to customers (AC contacts, work schedules of adjacent departments, opportunities to issue certain tickets at various BSPs);
- Distribution requests from our customers to the relevant departments, monitoring chats;
- Entering the necessary information into the work system (entering tickets, EMD, ADM, and other documents in accordance with the request);
- Advising customers in using all our products.
Important: Variable schedule, with floating changes. Start of shift: 9:00-17:00, 10:00-18:00, 11:00-19:00, 12:00-20:00. 5 work shifts per week.
What we expect from the candidate's experience:
- Experience in a similar or related position from - 1 year;
- Experience or understanding of CRM systems, working with chats\written customer requests;
- High level of empathy, the ability to communicate a lot and the desire to really help the client with his by request;
- Competent oral and written Ukrainian language;
- English level from pre-intermediate - will be a plus for further development;
- Ability to work in multitasking mode;
- Willingness to learn and work with a large amount of information for a better level of support and solving various customer requests.
A plus will be:
- Work with airline ticket offices, work in travel agencies, concierge services.
