We are the Bigman company, which consists of 5 coffee shops and a pastry shop, with a total of approximately 35-40 people.

Working schedule Mon/Fri from 9 to 18, 5/2< br/>Sat/Sun weekend

Salary 17,000, in the future with possible growth

The main office is located at G. Uspenskyi 81, but the work will be in all our coffee shops in the city and in the workshop, as it is necessary to communicate with all personnel.

Responsibilities:

Engage in personnel selection, conduct interviews, display vacancies/Creation of job duties and instructions for personnel
Setting up the motivation system for personnel
Adaptation of personnel new to the team
Monitoring salaries on the market
Releasing employees
Optimizing the organizational structure of the company
Controlling the transfer of documents for registration of accounting employees< br/>Raising staff qualifications
Resolving conflict situations in the team
Ensuring that each employee understands what is expected of him in his position.
