From you we expect:

• Higher professional education;
• Experience of managing a recreation complex, in the field of hospitality and service for at least 2 years;
• Practical experience in hotel and restaurant management;
• Skills in budgeting, financial control and compliance cash discipline;
• Understanding the hotel structure and experience in launching or reorganizing hotel-restaurant or leisure complexes from scratch.

Your duties will include:

• Organization of the activity of the complex;
• Control over the preservation of the property of the complex;
• Formation of the budget of the complex, control of expenses and preparation of financial statements;
• Organization of reports of performance indicators, control of the implementation of the staff schedule;
• Analysis of performance indicators, control of the implementation of the staff schedule;
• Control of compliance with the standards of accommodation, cleanliness and interaction of services, management complex occupancy;
• Organization of events, market monitoring and interaction with department heads;
• Development and implementation of work standards;
• Negotiations with partner companies, individual and corporate guests;
• Development and implementation of strategic plans for the development of the complex;
• Observance of service standards and safety.
