Hotel operations manager in The Camp

Hotel Taray Botanico is a cozy hotel complex in Spain, located approximately 60 km from Malaga International Airport. The hotel is located in the middle of a protected nature in the heart of Andalusia and occupies about 1.5 hectares of green territory with its own citrus gardens.

At guests' disposal are 35 comfortable rooms, the Casa Madre restaurant, two swimming pools, a SPA complex and unparalleled views that convey the true atmosphere of Spanish hospitality.

We are looking for a candidate who will lead the hotel and provide a full operation of the hotel through

Coordinating all operational aspects of the hotel to ensure impeccable guest service

planning and managing the hotel budget

developing and implementing events/events to attract new customers

ensuring a high level of guest satisfaction

monitoring the condition of the premises and ensuring the security (monitoring) of the safety of guests and the team

Preparation of regular reports and analysis of hotel activity through indicators
