Cybersecurity Engineer in SITON GRUP, TOV

Seeton is a Ukrainian system integrator with over 20 years of experience delivering complex IT and cybersecurity solutions for enterprise and public sector customers.

We are actively developing our Cybersecurity practice and are looking for a Cybersecurity Engineer who combines strong technical expertise, hands-on implementation experience, and confident communication with customers.

This role plays an important part in the delivery of cybersecurity projects, participation in pre-sales activities, and support of partner statuses with leading vendors.

Responsibilities

Technical Expertise & Projects

• Design and implement complex cybersecurity solutions in accordance with customer requirements.
• Deliver pilot projects and Proof of Concept (PoC), define success criteria, and present results.
• Provide technical support and ongoing maintenance of implemented solutions within contract scope.

Pre-Sales & Customer Engagement

• Conduct technical presentations and cybersecurity solution demos.
• Participate in pre-sales activities: customer needs analysis and preparation of technical proposals.
• Complete technical sections of tender documentation (RFI / RFP / RFQ).

Documentation & Standards

• Prepare technical documentation: architecture diagrams, configurations, instructions, and operational checklists.
• Maintain up-to-date documentation for implemented solutions.

Vendors & Expertise Development

• Obtain and maintain technical certifications (including PersonVUE) to support partner statuses.
• Collaborate with vendors and distributors.
• Support demo environments, participate in cybersecurity events, and share knowledge with internal teams.

Candidate Profile

Experience & Education

• Higher education (preferably in Cybersecurity or IT).
• 3+ years of experience in cybersecurity or a related engineering role.

Technical Expertise

Strong understanding of cybersecurity technologies, including:

• EPP / EDR / XDR / SIEM / SOAR
• NGFW / WAF / DDoS Protection / ZTNA / SASE
• Vulnerability Management, PAM, IAM, DLP, NAC, Email Security, etc.
• Hands-on experience with solutions from vendors such as:
  Palo Alto Networks, Microsoft, Cisco, Fortinet, Trend Micro, CrowdStrike, SentinelOne, Akamai, Check Point (or similar).
• Knowledge of standards and frameworks: ISO 27000, CIS.
• Experience with Windows and Linux, basic knowledge of VMware / Hyper-V, and cloud environments.

Tools & Skills

• Confident use of Microsoft Office 365 (especially PowerPoint).
• Ability to create architecture diagrams (Visio, Draw.io).
• Experiencein technical documentation and PoC delivery.
• English proficiency sufficient for technical documentation and vendor communication.
