We are looking for a Help-Desk Engineer. A specialist who will be the "first line of help for teammates" - solve problems with computers and programs, configure equipment, grant access and ensure that everything works safely and stably. expect:
- Accept and process user requests at the Service Desk.
- Diagnoses and solves technical problems with software, hardware and corporate services.
- Assists colleagues with workstations, office tools and access.
- Installs, configures and update software in accordance with security policies. Prepare and issue equipment (laptops, peripherals) during the system administrator's day-off period. Manage user accounts: access, roles, MFA. Ensure technical onboarding and offboarding. Maintain technical documentation and database of knowledge.
- Monitor the state of IT assets and inventory.
- Perform preventive work for stable system operation.
- Interact with system administrators and maintain IT security.
- Propose improvements and automations.
What skills will you need:
- The ability to quickly find and eliminate technical problems.
- Skills for configuring equipment and peripherals.
- Working with AnyDesk, TeamViewer, RDP or other remote tools support.
- Basic knowledge of Windows, macOS (Linux is a plus).
- Understanding the basics of networks: TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, VPN.
- Analytical, attention to details.
- Ability to explain technical things in simple terms.
- Ability to work independently, in a team and in multitasking conditions.
- English — B1.
It will be an advantage on your part if you:
- You know how to work with scripts or automation (PowerShell, Bash).
- You have experience with Service Desk systems or asset management (Asana, SnipeIT, 1Password).
- You understand the principles of cyber security at the user level.
- You have experience with low-code/ no-code automation systems (Zapier, Make, n8n, etc.).
- You have basic knowledge of cloud services (GCP, Microsoft 365, AWS or others).
