Healthcare Customer Support in Pharmbills

We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team.

Main duties:

< li style="font-weight: 400">U.S. Healthcare Client Support
• Communication with US Managers, Healthcare Clients and Insurance Companies
• Assistance in processing payments
• Checking the correctness of filling out information in customer cards
• Ensuring timely payment of bills by insurance companies

Requirements:

• English language level B2+
• Experience in customer support and customer service will be an advantage
• Strong desire to help people
• Ability to find solutions
• Ability to multitask
• Willingness to communicate by phone and email
