Position Description: Manager responsible for building and operating the traffic acquisition team, managing ad accounts, and running campaigns in mobile applications (App Store & Google Play). The key task is the effective acquisition of traffic in advertising campaigns to achieve the set KPIs.
Responsibilities:
- Control and be responsible for the team's achievement of key metrics (CPA, ROI, and others).
- Develop key traffic acquisition channels (Meta, Google, TikTok, Unity, etc.).
- Plan, set up, and launch new campaigns in the main traffic acquisition channels.
- Assist in hiring, training, managing, and developing the team (performance marketing, creative managers, and production team).
- Generate hypotheses to improve the efficiency of new user acquisition and scaling.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in UA (mandatory) of at least 3 years in a similar position, with 1 year in a leadership role.
- Fluent English (mandatory), at least Upper Intermediate.
- Previous experience with mobile applications (mandatory).
- Budget management skills, creating forecasts, and achieving target indicators for monthly expenses, CPA, LTV, and ROI across all marketing areas.
- Analytical mindset.
Preferred Experience:
- Operating with traffic acquisition worldwide, with six-figure budgets and above.
- Deep practical experience in user acquisition through Google, TikTok, Meta.
- Experience in acquiring traffic for mobile games.
