What we expect:
- 2+ years of experience in E-Commerce / Digital Marketing / Sales.
- Upper intermediate English - because for most of our clients, it is their native language, and you will need to make calls with them.
- Knowledge of lead generation (email, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Telegram, etc.).
- Practical experience in using personalized prospecting methods, such as cold emails and searching through various social media (LinkedIn, etc.).
- Good understanding of outbound channels and strategies.
- Ability to research, analyze, and structure information.
- Ability to deeply understand a client's profile, talk to them about their needs or help them understand them, and build long-term relationships.
- Sociability and, once again, sociability - we all understand that it will be difficult to sell without it :)
- Analytical skills.
- Strategic thinking, being proactive and able to make decisions quickly.

Responsibilities:
- Prospecting and closing clients through cold/warm outreach.
- Communicate and strengthen relationships with clients.
- Conduct and present client account and product audits.
- Develop and implement personalized sales strategies and activities to achieve goals.
- Negotiate payment terms and close contracts.
- Analyze competitors' activities and identify opportunities for business development.
- Participate in lead generation (testing new customer search channels).
- Work with lead cards (potential customers) in CRM.
- Prepare proposals for clients and conduct negotiations.
- Prepare and send documents for clients (NDA, MSA).
- Interact with the team within projects.
- Contribute to internal knowledge sharing and process improvement.
- Utilize email automation tools and LinkedIn to increase sales effectiveness.
