Main responsibilities:
- Development of the client base and volume of sales in the region;
- contracts aimed at ensuring the proper functioning of the division (office, warehouse, communications, security, transport);
- Staffing of the division, adaptation of new personnel;
- Ensuring the execution of established sales plans by the division, implementation of planning, organization, coordination and control of the current activities of the division, in accordance with the strategic objectives of the company;
- Division budget planning and its control execution;
- Formation of the unit's order for products, control of the balance in the warehouse;
- Approval of managers' requests for product delivery to clients, control of the unit's receivables.
Requirements:
- Mandatory experience in a similar position in the field of agrochemical sales;
- Agronomic knowledge;
- Knowledge of the client base in the region;
- Knowledge of sales and negotiation technology, the ability to share experience and motivate a team;
- Development experience client base, conducting negotiations with VIP clients.
