Head of the warehouse for night shifts (Kvitneve) in MAUDAU

The warehouse is located in the village of Kvitneve, str. Gogolivska, 1-А

Working schedule: from 20:00 to 08:00 2/2; 3/3; 4/2; 5/2 (negotiated individually).

Transportation is organized for employees from other cities:

• Kyiv (Lisova, Chernihivska, Boryspilska, Darnytsia) — Kvitneve
• Brovary (Gogolov, Ploske, Krasylivka) — Kvitneve
• Boryspil (Hora, Velyka Oleksandrivka) — Kvitneve
• Berezan, Baryshivka- Kvitneve

Our expectations from candidates:

• User-level PC skills (MS Office);
• Responsibility, independence, good self-organization;
• Physical endurance (intense physical load);
• Experience in personnel management (group of 5-15 persons)
• Ability to use smartphone applications;
• Experience as a storekeeper in a warehouse will be an advantage.

Main duties:

1. Organization and control of operational processes at the site

2. Interaction with divisions (moving orders through the warehouse, coordinating actions for planning delivery routes, etc.).

3. Quality control of work execution and packaged orders, quick response to errors.

4. Personnel management (setting tasks and assigning responsibilities; conducting briefings, training new employees; monitoring compliance with work schedules).

5. Administrative reporting (keeping reports; recording deviations, incident delays, etc.).
