We develop people as systematically as business. We invite you to join the Head of Learning and Development team who will build an effective L&D system across the company.
Main tasks:
- Formation and implementation of a training and development strategy in accordance with the company's business goals.
- Analysis of training needs of departments (hard/soft skills, management competencies, onboarding).
- Building a system of continuous training and personnel development.
- Organization and management of the work of the L&D department, team development business trainers.
- Planning and control of the budget for training.
- Development, launch and coordination of training programs, trainings and workshops.
- Selection and interaction with external trainers and experts.
- LMS implementation and administration, development of modern training formats.
- Building a training effectiveness assessment system, analytics and reporting.
- Consulting managers on team development, participation in the formation of personnel reserves and leadership development programs.
Our expectations:
- Higher education (pedagogy, psychology, management or related areas).
- Certifications in the field of L&D, coaching or personnel management will be an advantage.
- Practical experience in the implementation and administration of LMS systems.
- Experience in managing a training budget.
- Experience in organizing training events of various scales.
- Skills in building a training performance evaluation system.
- Experience analytics and report preparation.
- High level of responsibility and self-organization.
- Leadership, initiative, proactivity.
- Flexibility and ability to work in conditions of change.
- Experience with office programs, LMS, CRM and online learning platforms.
- Skills in working with educational content creation tools and analytics.
- Experience in a leadership position in L&D / HRD / T&D.
- Experience in building a learning system from scratch or scaling.
- System thinking, result oriented.
