We invite you to take up the position - Manager User Support Department.

Qualifiers requirements:

    • Higher technical education.
    • Experience in management positions from 3 years in the support service.
    • Experience in working with support systems, specifically ZenDesk, and implementation automated solutions.

    • Orientation on the internal customer: understanding customer needs, identifying problems and finding effective ways to solve them.

    • Customer orientation .

Key responsibilities:

    • Quality and performance control: setting OKRs and metrics to evaluate support service performance.
    • Regular analysis and optimization of processes.
    • Optimization of scripts and processes: update of existing support scripts to ensure a better customer experience, development of new scripts for different cases.

    • Reception and registration of requests users to provide IT services.

    • Solving incidents of the first level of technical support.

    • Providing consulting services to users on the use of the Bank's software .
