Job Description:We are looking for a Customer Service Specialist to join our team! This role is essential in providing excellent customer service by handling incoming messages, ensuring seamless and timely responses to customer inquiries and coordinating orders and deliveries.
Main duties:
- Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email and chat in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide clear and accurate information about products, services and company policies.
- Effectively resolve customer issues by delegating tasks to appropriate teams when necessary.
- Coordinate with logistics team to track orders, update customers on shipping status and assist with any shipping related issues.
- Keep a detailed record of interaction with customers in the company's CRM system.
- Identify and report on recurring issues to improve processes and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure consistent and quality service across all communication channels.
Requirements:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills. Knowledge of spoken and written English is a must.
- Strong problem-solving skills with a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously and effectively prioritize in work.
- Basic knowledge of logistics processes is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- Experience with customer support software (eg Zendesk, Freshdesk) would be a bonus.
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
