Head of the training department in Ukrposhta

We are expanding our team is currently looking for a Head of the Training Department

Primary responsibilities:

• Construction and implementation of the strategy of training and development of personnel, development of corporate competences

• Analysis of the level of development of competences of specialists and managers and making proposals for training and development

• Work with the training customer: collection and clarifying needs, making proposals, agreeing formats and programs, providing and collecting feedback

• Continuous development of coaching competencies of the team of internal coaches

• Writing educational posts, articles, instructions

• Preparation and conducting of team-building activities, brainstorming, facilitation.

Preparation of the program, presentation, other materials.

• Analysis indicators by direction

The successful candidate meets the following requirements:

• Education higher

• Knowledge of the principles and methodology of creating training programs for business needs in offline and remote synchronous and asynchronous training

• Knowledge of the basics and principles of business -trainer

• Availability of appropriate training will be an advantage

• Owning a base of tools, techniques, models for the development of soft skills, sales skills, mental health

speaking time, creating a speech design, working with a flipchart and online learning tools, the ability to work with online platforms for conducting training, developing materials for independent study, conducting moderation and facilitation, business games)

• Experience of development and implementation, strategy of training in a corporation, training programs for the development of soft skills

• Creating an effective teams of business coaches

• Writing articles, posts, communications of a developmental nature

• Experience as a business trainer and training manager - from 2 years

• Conducting offline and online training events

• Requirements - work in an office, the ability to work on business trips.
