Main responsibilities: strong>
- Development and implementation of a training program based on IT solutions: Organization and implementation of training courses and training for employees using modern IT tools for distance and face-to-face learning.
- Formation of training programs and knowledge control : Creation of training materials, development of methods for assessing the level of knowledge of personnel and conducting regular certification.
- Prescribing and monitoring service and sales standards: > Creation and implementation of uniform service standards for all channels that ensure a high level of customer service.
- Audit of service and sales standards: Conducting regular audits and monitoring compliance with service standards, analyzing the effectiveness of training programs, providing recommendations for improving service quality.
Requirements for the candidate:
- Experience in training and staff development, preferably in the retail sector.
- Skills in working with IT solutions for online learning and knowledge assessment.
< li>Experience in developing and implementing service and sales standards.- Analytical thinking, the ability to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and their impact on business results.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills, the ability to lead a team .
