Human Resources Director (HRD) for production in Talent Search

In connection with the desire to build HR processes in the company, we are looking for a "Human Resources Director (HRD)" in the team.  Mandatory with experience of working atproduction enterprises with a staff of at least from 500+ people. 

Location - factories in the city of Ivano-Frankivsk and Zaporizhzhia. >The HR Director job will suit you IF:

• You have productive work experience of 5 years or more in HRD in manufacturing enterprises with a staff of 500 or more + thousand people;
• You have experience in building all HR processes in the company: motivation, selection, adaptation, evaluation, training and development of personnel;
• You have experience in development and implementation staff stimulation and motivation programs and KPIs, etc.) in production (factories);
• You know how to evaluate the efficiency of employees in the company;
• You have experience working with TOP-level vacancies; You can assess the professional and personal qualities of candidates during the interview;
• You have a high level of management skills;
• You are communicative, You have a high level of emotional intelligence, You know how to find a common language with the staff at at all levels.
• You are always result-oriented, you have a positive way of thinking;
• You are responsible, systematic, have strategic thinking and are ready to make important decisions and defend your point of view in front of the manager and team;
