A national pharmaceutical company invites a Head of the Training Department to its team.

• 3 years of work experience;
• Ability to develop and implement training programs;
• Analytical skills for evaluation of learning effectiveness;
• Communication skills for interaction with different levels of staff.

Tasks you will work with:

• Planning of educational events: product courses, business processes. Preparation of the schedule for educational events: courses at the KU, videos, trainings, training for partners.
• Development of training programs for various CAs (TP, personnel reserve, managers).
• Quality control of the developed training materials, testing courses before launch.
• Control of compliance with the training plan.
• Preparation of training materials, conducting training.
• Communication with suppliers. Approval of the training schedule, training format, motivation. Preparation of reporting for suppliers.
• Preparation of training reports for CU, internal reports, information on bonus calculation.
• Analysis of the dynamics of key training indicators: quantity, quality.
• Project management Mentoring.

Development and implementation of projects:

• Project management Mentoring.
• Preparation of the project description, implementation terms. >
• Control over the implementation of project tasks.
• Start-up, refinement.
