• Determination and forecasting of training needs in accordance with the company strategy
• Formation and implementation of plans and budgets for the development of competencies, assessment of professional activity and professional training of employees
• Development, organization and improvement of the annual process of evaluating the performance of employees
• Creation and development of the institute of internal trainers/teachers/mentors of NEC "Ukrenergo"
• Development career planning system by forming a personnel reserve for managerial positions
• Implementation of digitalization of training and development processes, assessment, management of career and personnel reserve
• Development of approaches and organization of evaluation of the effectiveness of training programs, implementation of measures to improve and increase the effectiveness of educational programs based on assessment
• Ensuring the definition and actualization of the corporate model of values ​​and competencies
