TM Rybak is a craft producer of meat delicacies from Ivano-Frankivsk with its own chain of stores. This is a story about delicious food. About old and new home traditions. Requirements:

• Knowledge of personnel selection and adaptation methodology

• Understanding personnel onboarding methods and systems
• Practical experience in closing vacancies
• Experience in employer brand development activities and internal communications
• Fluency in Ukrainian in business language, literacy
• Focus on the result, structural and systematic approach to tasks
• Practical experience of working in multitasking mode

• Create internal and external personnel reserves for positions that exist in the company;
• Set up HR processes;
• Develop and implement a system of staff evaluation, development and training of employees;
• Develop material and non-material motivation systems;

• Provide reporting on work performed

Working conditions:

• Full time
• Official employment
• Work schedule: Mon- Fri, 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
• 14 working days vacation
• Work in the office in the village of Yamnytsia
