Responsibilities:
- Conducting regular One to One meetings with employees of departments and recording the results.
- Organizing and conducting Performance Review in established deadlines.
- Collection and analysis of feedback from employees, preparation of proposals for improving resources.
- Ensuring a communication channel between employees and the HR department.
- Counseling employees on issues of development and HR processes.
- Monitoring employee engagement and satisfaction, identifying turnover risks.
- Preparation of reports from One to One, Performance Review and HR analytics.
