Yoursth tasks: 

  • Visits to facilities for service and technical support.

  • Business trip to Ukraine (once a month).

  • Control of the speed and quality of team tasks.

  • Training and development of team members.

  • Selection of candidates and their adaptation.

  • Team motivation and encouragement.

  • Distribution of functions and responsibilities in the team.

  • Help in solving complex issues.

  • Organization of team working time.

  • Distribution of operational load among team members.

  • Visits to complaint warehouses and service cases.

  • Development of technical knowledge at an expert level.

  • Development of relations with suppliers/partners.

  • Work in Bitrix24 and Google services.

Our ideal candidate has:

  • Management experience from 2 years.

  • Experience in technical support from 3 years.

  • B2 level English for working with technical documentation and foreign partners.

  • Deep knowledge of equipment and experience in service.

  • Effective team management and organization of work processes.

  • Employee training and development skills.

  • Knowledge of the equipment market, competitors and technical innovations.

  • Participation in solving complex technical issues.
