In your area of ​​responsibility will be:

• Conduct an analysis of the fixed territory in the city. Rivne and Rivne region and identify opportunities for effective business

• Plan and carry out daily visits to retail outlets territories and report on the results of the visit >

• Achieve product representation standards in retail outlets

Ensure optimal balances and availability of a full range of products in retail outlets

• Ensure high-quality communication with representatives of the distributor, conduct negotiations

• Monitor operating environment and market practices

Experience, skills and abilities required:

• Higher education

• Experience as a sales representative / in the sales department (FMCG and tobacco business will be an advantage) preferred

• From 2 years of driving experience, category "B" license

• Fluency in the Ukrainian language

• Microsoft Office skills (focus on Excel)

• Personal Maturity 

• Ability to learn quickly

• Effective communication skills and organizational skills 

• The ability to persuade and successfully conduct the negotiation process

• Independence and responsibility
