Head of the sector for coordinating the implementation of public investment management projects in Ministerstvo ekonomiki, dovkillya ta silskogo gospodarstva Ukrayini

We are looking for a Head of the Public Investment Management Project Implementation Coordination Sector who is ready to work in a dynamic environment and shares the values of mutual trust, openness and initiative.

Main duties:

1. Development of draft legal acts in the field of public investment management

2. Development and approval of documents on the conclusion of international agreements on public investment

3. Implementation of coordination and interaction with international partners regarding the fulfillment of international obligations in the field of public investments

4. Preparation of information and reference materials on international cooperation in the field of public investment management

5. Analysis of the implementation of public investment projects

Qualification requirements:

a degree of higher education not lower than a master's degree, work experience in public service positions of categories "B" or "B" or experience in local self-government bodies, or experience in management positions in enterprises, institutions and organizations regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years,

fluency in the state language

experience in the field of public investment management

experience in working with international organizations

experience in the development of regulatory and methodological documents in the field of public investment management

high level of communication skills, the ability to effectively interact with government and international structures

knowledge of the English language for working with documents and communication at the level of B1

Knowledge:

Constitution of Ukraine

Budget Code of Ukraine

Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service"

Law of Ukraine "On Prevention of Corruption"
