We are starting an active search for a person who has cool, powerful experience in sales and will take the position of Head of the Sales Department (E-Commerce).

Your tasks:

• Formation and management of the sales department team;
• Strategic planning and control over the work of the team;

• Automate and adjust business processes to improve team efficiency;
• Increase sales results;
• Systematic execution of the sales plan, improvement of indicators;
• Development and implementation of a sales strategy in order to achieve the set goals;
• Market monitoring and analysis of competitors, implementation of marketing ideas to increase sales indicators;
• Working with the client base, working with leads in various engagement channels, increasing sales conversion rates;
• Interact with other company departments to ensure effective operational tasks are solved.

• You have analytical skills and can make decisions based on data and statistics;
• High level of personal responsibility;
