What needs to be done:

• Working with the sales department online store tі.ua in the format of a call center with a B2C segment;
• Audit of the existing team, digital indicators of the department;
• Setting plans and goals for managers of the sales department;
• li>Implementation and control of team development tools;
• Development of the development plan of the department, technicians and sales scripts;
• Control of the quality, quantity, timeliness of execution and achievement of all these goals and sales plans;
• Interaction with marketing, sales, logistics and others departments to optimize work processes and achieve general goals of the company;
• Interaction with the IT department, setting up technical specifications for the modernization of existing tools;
• Search and implementation of advanced tools for increasing sales efficiency;
• Optimization of technical tools (work with CRM).
