Your functionality will include:

• Receiving and fixing requests from company employees and partners.

• Primary diagnosis of technical problems in dialog mode with the user and remote computer access

• Resolving problems related to technology and Internet networks

• Resolving problems with cash register, reporting and other programs used by the company

What we expect:

• IT or technical education -would be an advantage
• Experience in customer support, technical support support (Retail, Internet providers) -will be an advantage
