Head of the regional implementation department (Ivano-Frankivsk region) in Mriya

Mriya is an educational ecosystem for students, parents/guardians and teachers that inspires learning and helps everyone find themselves in today's world. This is an initiative of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, implemented by the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Culture with the support of the EGAP Program, implemented by the Eastern Europe Fund at the expense of Switzerland. We are looking for a person , which will coordinate the implementation (integration) of the Dream at the regional level, taking into account the opportunities and needs of this region. The head of the regional implementation department is the permanent representative of the Dream in the relevant region and ensures implementation coordination and interaction with the head office, coordinates the work of regional specialists.

< strong style="font-weight: bolder; font-style: normal">Our team is looking for someone who has:

• Higher education
• At least 3 team and project management experience years
• Ability to take responsibility and demonstrate a high level of autonomy
• Excellent organizational skills: ability to effectively plan, allocate tasks and coordinate team work, ensuring timely completion of projects and compliance within set deadlines
• Pitching skills: the ability to clearly and convincingly present a project or product to different audiences, adapt the presentation style to the target group (teachers, parents, students, representatives of authorities), demonstrate the benefits and practical value of the project
• Experience in new product integration: ability to effectively implement new products and solutions in the region, take into account local characteristics, potential challenges and needs, and provide them successful acceptance and use by target audiences
• Understanding of the educational field
• Experience of public speaking
• Experience of using CRM systems
• Readiness for constant trips to within Ivano-Frankivsk region
• Residence within the region of the regional office — mandatory
• Driver's license (category B) and car

What will you do:

• Coordinate the work of the regional implementation department
• Organize and conduct training for pedagogical teams using the OIS Mriya
• Conduct practical classes and accompany schools in the process of filling the system
• Work with objections, motivation
• Ensure effective interaction with the central office of the Dream
• Organize and accompany the process implementation of the project at the regional level
• Form and ensure implementation of the implementation plan in the region
• Develop logistical implementation routes
• Interact with educational institutions, authorities
• Conduct negotiations and resolve conflicts , related to product implementation
• Form reporting
