Regional agent of the implementation of the Dream (Odesa region) in Mriya

Mriya is an educational ecosystem for students, parents/guardians and teachers that inspires learning and helps everyone find themselves in today's world. This is an initiative of the President of Ukraine, Volodymyr Zelenskyi, implemented by the Ministry of Digital Affairs and the Ministry of Education and Culture with the support of the EGAP Program, implemented by the Eastern Europe Fund at the expense of Switzerland. We are looking for a person who, in cooperation with the head of the regional implementation department, will accompany the process of connecting educational institutions to the Dream in the relevant region

Our team is looking for a person who:

• Has experience in the field of education, training activities, or work as a product specialist/sales consultant for 1 year or more
• Confidently uses PC and mobile devices
• Ready for constant trips within the region
• Is diplomatic and communicative
• Has a driver's license (category B) and a car
< li>Lives within the area of ​​the regional representation - mandatory
• Persistent and able to find a common language with school representatives
• Has a higher education

• Understanding the specifics of the field of education and LMS work
• Experience of using CRM systems
• Experience of training/training

• Organize and conduct training for pedagogical teams using OIS Mriya
• Conduct practical classes and accompany schools in the process of filling the system
• Work with objections, motivation
• Communicate with educational institutions, conduct needs analysis and feedback
• Conduct product presentations in educational institutions throughout the region and make them fall in love with the product
• Accompany the process of connecting the school to the Dream
• Work with CRM, record the history of implementation and the results of communications
