Money loves professionals! We invite a Head of the recruitment department to join the team.

Key tasks:

• Search and selection for key positions of the office and branches.< /li>
• Consulting TOPs on vacancies and the labor market.
• Regular review of the labor market and analytics in the cross-section of spheres.
• Recruiting management in the cross-section of the holding (setting tasks for the team of recruiters, motivation , coordination, development, control).
• Improving employee recruitment and training processes.
• Reporting, analytics: recruiting funnel/metrics/turnover analysis and more.

Expectations from the candidate:

• Experience of working as a recruiter or head of the recruitment department for 3-5 years in large companies.
• Experience of closing various vacancies, including key/ TOP by areas: accounting, finance, sales, marketing, IT, developers.
• Perfect knowledge of various search sources, including active head hunting.
• Experience in finding candidates for work abroad will be an advantage.
• Responsibility, results orientation, openness to new things, initiative.

Working conditions:

• Work schedule: Mon-Fri from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m.
• Comfortable office near the station. Pecherska metro station.
