Head of the project on accompanying patients treated for tuberculosis in the Vinnytsia region. in Vseukrayinska merezha lyudey, yaki zhivut z VIL/SNID

The Vinnytsia regional branch of the charity organization "All-Ukrainian Network of People Living with HIV" is looking for a head of the department for accompanying patients treated for tuberculosis in the Vinnytsia region.

Responsibilities:

1. Carries out the selection, training and control over the activities of social workers of the areas, the fulfillment of the goals and tasks set by them, the achievement of 100% fulfillment of the indicators.
2. Conducts the analysis implementation of indicators in the direction of the project, achievement of goals and objectives (at least once a month).
3. Performs selective control (verification) of the provision of services by the personnel of the direction (at least once a quarter). 
4. Takes necessary administrative steps to ensure quality and timely execution of direction indicators and achievement of results. 
5. Conducts current information to the executive director regarding the status of implementation of direction indicators, prepares proposals for solving problematic issues and increasing the effectiveness of direction implementation.
6. Conducts negotiations with specialists of medical institutions and organizations on all issues that relate to the achievement of the goals and objectives of the project and concludes Contracts,
7. Prepares reporting on the project in the scope and in the terms established by the Agreement on the provision of grant.

Requirements:

1. Understanding of health care issues (tuberculosis, HIV/AIDS)
2. Work experience in organizations of civil society (preferred).
3. Negotiation skills,
4. Ability to independently set and achieve goals.
5. Ability to work with a large amount of information,
6. Skills to work in a team,
7. Responsibility,
