To participate in the implementation of large-scale integrative IT projects, we invite a professional to join our team for the position of Head of the project office.

Role description:

The main tasks include coordinating work on large-scale projects, managing resources, ensuring compliance with standards and methodologies, as well as effective interaction with clients.

Main functions:

• Formation of the PMO structure: Development of the mission, roles and functions of the project office, which correspond to the corporate strategy.
• Adaptation and development of the PMO: Continuous improvement of processes and practices in accordance with the needs of the company, the market and internal teams.
• Project portfolio management: Ensuring effective management of the entire project portfolio (both internal and external), supporting project teams in planning and execution tasks.
• Control and standardization: Development and support of project management standards and methodologies.
• Communication with the key management team: Presentation of project results and status, formation of regular reports for decision-making.

• Quality and risk management: Control over the quality of project implementation, risk management.
• Communication with customers: Interaction with customers to collectmog, reporting on project results and problem solving.
• Risk management: Identification and analysis of risks, implementation of preventive measures to support successful project implementation.
• Training and team development: Mentoring for project managers and staff training in management practices.

Requirements for the candidate:

• Experience in creating a PMO from scratch: Practical experience in building project offices , knowledge of PMO standards.
• Work experience: From 5 years in project management in system integration, successful experience in coordinating complex IT projects.
• Knowledge of standards and methodologies: Experience in implementing methodologies, such as PMI, PMBOK, Agile, Lean.
• Certification: The presence of PMP or IPMA certificates will be an advantage.
• Analytical skills: Ability to calculate the economic feasibility of projects, assessment of financial risks and profitability of projects.
• Communication skills: Ability to effectively interact with clients and top management, presentation of results.
