Your main tasks:

Project management: Managing projects from the initial stage to successful completion, with an emphasis on meeting deadlines, budget and quality standards.

Management methodology: Development and implementation of modern project management methods that increase team effectiveness.

Cross-functional collaboration:Coordinating work between different departments and managing cross-functional teams to achieve strategic goals.

Monitoring and reporting: Regular monitoring of project status, identification of risks and implementation of changes to improve processes.

Analysis of results: Assessment of project success and preparation of recommendations for improving our practices.

What we expect from you:

• Work experience in a similar position for at least 2 years in the field of retail trade.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills that will help inspire the team.
• Ability for strategic thinking and the ability to solve complex tasks.
• Readiness for mobility around the country or moving to the city of Lutsk.
