Head of the project and development of the children's complex in Agroprodservis, PAP

We are launching a large-scale children's entertainment complexand are looking for a project and development manager who will form the concept, ensure its implementation and take charge of all stages - from the organization of construction to launch, development and audience engagement.

This is a role for a manager who turns ideas into a working business, builds processes, builds a team and oversees all key project stages.

Location of the project - "Agroland" ethnopark, village V. Khodachkiv.

Your tasks:

• Managing the implementation of the project to create a children's complex from scratch.
• Organization and coordination of the work of subcontractors (builders, designers, suppliers);
• Control of deadlines, budget and quality of work;
• Communication with all involved parties of the project;
• Participation in preparing the complex for launch;
• Further operational management after opening;
• Building and leading a team;
• Development project, implementation of services and attracting a new audience.

We expect from you:

• Experience in starting projects or businesses from scratch (minimum 2-3 years);
• Higher education in economics or management;
• Experience coordinating contractors, designers and teams;
• Strong leadership, organizational and communication skills;
• Ability to build processes, form a team and develop a project.
