What you need to do:

Development of banking products and services retail business, determining the channels of providing services and services in order to obtain income in accordance with the strategy of business and bank development:

• formation, development, organization of the work of the division team
• providing analysis of the market and competitors of banking products, analysis of the demand for the current line of the bank
• development, support and pricing of banking products for individuals: current accounts, deposit deposits, lending, money transfers and others, as well as accompanying services and services
• responsibility for the profitability of products and services, determination of engagement plans, product life cycle/customer activity
• initiating changes in the conditions of products and services, ensuring the management of projects and initiatives aimed at the development of the product line for individuals in accordance with the retail business strategy
• interaction with partners in order to implement effective solutions for individuals
• responsibility for monitoring changes in legislation in terms of products and services and individuals

This will require:

• higher education in the field of finance, banking, economics, management or related fields

• experience in the banking sector or financial institutions, including management positions

• deep understanding of product methodology and end-to-end product life cycle

• hands-on experience in developing, launching and scaling financial products

• experience in P&L management products, profitability, margin, pricing and tariff policy.

• understanding of the principles of Customer Journey Management, client scenarios and value proposition

• experience in forming and implementing a product strategyi

• knowledge of the NBU regulatory field, banking legislation and compliance requirements in terms of products and services for individuals

• understanding of Agile / Lean approaches, work with projects, product initiatives and a portfolio of changes.
• experience building and developing a product team (Product Office, Product Teams).
• experience change management, initiation and support of transformations.

• ability to make decisions in conditions of uncertainty and limited resources.

• developed negotiation and stakeholder management skills (internal departments, partners, regulator).
